Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation and your customised time-savings report are free, with no commitment. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the report.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That's the point. I build, connect and test everything, then walk you through how it works in plain language.
What does "everything that can be automated" mean?
During the consultation we list your recurring tasks, and every one that can be reliably automated goes into your quote, split into personalised packages you can choose from. Not every task is automated the same way. Some run end to end with no input from you. Others just need a simple script that turns an hour of clicking into a few seconds. And high-judgment work, like drafting replies, triaging requests or summarising documents, is handled by an AI agent that does the heavy lifting and leaves the final call to you.
Everything is built around how you already work. You don't have to change your process or learn new tools to fit the automation; it's specialised to you. And it always preserves the most important part of your job: your human judgment.
What happens during the test week?
You use your automations in your real workday for a full week. Note anything that feels off, and afterwards I make a revision so it fits the way you actually work.
Which tools can you work with?
Most popular email, calendar, spreadsheet, CRM, chat and file-storage tools: Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack, Teams, HubSpot and many more. If it has an API or a web interface, there's usually a way.
Is my data safe?
Your automations run on accounts you own and control. I only request the access a task needs, and you can revoke it at any time.
